I don't go to the same school as her, so even though we keep contact through social media and such we don't really get a chance to talk- although she probably has noticed it before though. She is a very cool person though, I think she thought she was making a harmless joke. I tried to recover by saying "I usually don't stutter this much" but it came out more like "I u-u-us- usually do-donut stutter this much" (which was arguably worse than saying nothing at all). I don't want to bring it up to her because I don't want to seem too sensitive. Do you usually bring stuttering up to other people, or just let them figure it out themselves?
