Im 18 and my stutter is just as bad as yours my dude. I actually fell into this same “life isn’t worth living because of my stutter” stint and actually ended up attempting suicide because of it. I’m happy to say that I survived and things can get better. There’s great people out there who aren’t dickheads and will appreciate you for who you are. I know it sounds cliche but it’s true. My best advice is to realize that life is worth living, and nothing is guaranteed in life. Just because life is tough right now doesn’t mean it’ll be that way forever. I’m rooting for you my guy. :)))
