**First idea:** Try to normalize recording so you don't feel so much pressure. Record your test runs as well, also record random stuff, you say, record something you read from a book, and all that without the intention to be perfect. **Second idea:** Record the essay multiple times, just stutter when it happens. After you have made a couple records cut the different bits together on your computer so it sounds smooth. I don't know how you stutter but if its like: *"st st st stutter"* you easily can cut out the unnecessary *"st"* and you can also make the breaks before difficult words shorter. It's quite a lot of work. There is free software for that and you tube tutorials help to learn how to use it. Edit: I will also try to edit my stuttering, I have never really done it before. I found this software. It is open source.
