I am! Coworkers have been far worse than the students, a LOT of teachers preach equity but will shit on people for ANY reason. But realistically you don’t interact with them much. I even taught middle for a while and honestly they were pretty understanding. Elementary has been a conversation but they understood. It’s rewarding in a lot of ways!
