Those are great goals in general. But they are unlikely to make much impact in the moment if someone is actively panicking or planning dramatic avoidance behaviors. I’ve written a post in this sub with tangible practices and habits that will directly address the panic around blocking. The more advanced practice is this - before speaking, make eye contact, begin slowly and on an exhale.
