One more thing that helped me... try as hard you can to focus on the context of the situation, not how you are you going to say it. Typical speakers dont focus on their speech in these situations. Retraining my brain to focus on the WHAT helped me immensely. Like think about how you really enjoy about bananas next time lol not that you always flub the word up
