I know you might not be looking for an answer to anything on r/rant but just want to rant which makes sense. So I’m sharing as much for me as for you. I have a speech disfluency too but I’m sure it’s not as frustrating as it is for you. Idk what to say but I do feel for you. You can avoid things and do little tips that might help but it never really makes a difference. You have probably tried everything by now but what helped me a bit and after therapy for a while was not so much not stuttering but not letting it bother you as much confidence, self-esteem and self consciousness matters. What actually helped is talking with someone about everything.
