Try meditating every day. Start with like 5-10 minutes focused on your breath (natural breaths). If your mind drifts acknowledge it then go back to focusing on breathing, as many times as needed. Everything about breathing or one thing about it. Make that a focus. Mines the chest and nostril movements and feeling. As emotions and body sensations come acknowledge those as well then gently back to focused breathing. If you stay disciplined this practice should help you out 🫡
