You can totally get better and better at conversational skills, breathing and other skills that with reduce your stutter. Although part of that toolbox is not getting upset over your stutter and not caring what people think. As this will make you stutter less and be happier. You can accept your stutter and still continue to make your language more fluent. They are not mutually exclusive. Anyway, most of the time you care wayyy more than anyone else does. And by humiliating yourself, you mean your stutter makes you feel shame? Well shame never does any good and the only time someone should feel shame is when they have done something truly awful. Likeee beat up an old lady, which I'm sure you haven't done. Everything I've said is obvs very easy to say but hugely difficult to do. I'm sorry about your difficulties and wish you all the best luck. Keep fighting and please don't beat yourself up too much. You can totally get upset and angry but please don't turn those feelings into self hatred.
