I can not listen to my own voice recording from a video presentation

I can not listen to my own voice recording from a video presentation So I had a video presentation project for my college class and during the recording, I stuttered so much and spoke so badly. When I listened to the recording for just 2 seconds, I literally wanted to unalive due to how cringed and how badly I sounded + the stuttering did not help either.
