To be honest that sounds like a terrible idea. You're robbing yourself of a possible job opportunity solely because you're afraid of embarrassment. Worst case you aren't hired and you never see them again. Best case you have a new job. Ask yourself, is the risk of embarrassing yourself in front of people you don't know more important than landing a job? If you go through with the interview, be sure to keep your head up and talk confidently (even if you aren't). State you have a stutter, but in no way let it effect your work life (even if it does). Interviewers see a stutter as a constant challenge that you're obviously able to adapt to, which is a good thing.
