First of all, know that you are COURAGEOUS!!! I am in the same boat. Since Covid, I was removed from all human interaction and placed at home working remotely through Zoom and Teams. I give 3 to 5 LIVE presentations each week and I was literally making myself sick from anxiety and fear. What really helped was practicing mindful meditation every day for 15 minutes practicing my diaphragmatic breathing. Then, I told myself that these people put their pants on one leg at a time just like me. I practiced zoom meetings with my friends and incorporated an attitude of "I don't care if I Stutter". Before every LIVE presentation, I disclose my stutter and just have a good time. I look at every presentation as a time to shine, to teach and to make an impact on my audience. After each training, I get applause even when I've stumbled, repeated words and had blocks. Life is too short to let this affect you.
