The fact that you’ve done this job successfully for two years shows that your stuttering doesn’t define your ability to connect with callers. Focus on communication rather than fluency — people care far more about how you help them than about occasional disruptions in speech. When you get a negative thought during a moment of stuttering- remind yourself that you delivered the message and that's what matters. Try to reduce harsh self-judgement. Brief pauses between phrases or sentences can give you time and reduce the build-up of tension. Take a breath and gently start your sentence.
