Get a speech therapist. Trust me, most of your problem is psychological and related to breathing. Improving breathing, relaxing muscles the right way, and speaking with the correct rhythm, intonation and stress is the way forward. You will have good and bad days. But ultimately it will get better. Never lose hope. ~A fellow stutterer getting therapy and fighting against his stutter.
