What is the definition of "c*re"?

What is the definition of "c*re"? The term "cure" is a red flag in stuttering communities (I can't even write the word in the title), as "stuttering is incurable" is an unarguable statement (before you delete this discussion, I'm not arguing against it nor do I suggest that there's a cure). But how could we define what cure really is? When could we say that a stutterer is cured? Have no speech-related fears? Most people have fear of public speaking and they don't stutter? Not having any disfluencies in speech? No one is a perfect speaker, even famous public speakers (like Obama) hesitate and repeat words all the time. So, what is the definition of "cure" for a hypothetical PWS how became "cured"?
