That seems very odd to me because I'm 100% the opposite haha. When I read something aloud, I feel that I have to say exactly the words on the page, so there's always a syllable around the corner that I have a problem on. I'm always a hot mess when reading aloud, but speaking to people is much easier because I can freestyle the word choice and not feel boxed in to specific words.
