What I’ve found helps me is the fact that you’re gonna have a stutter forever, so accept it. Also, you can practice techniques that help with anxiety, such as breathing techniques etc. Then try having little conversations with strangers in public, literally can be as short as a ‘thank you have a good day’ when you buy food from a store or something lol. A
