I am working in hospital setting and 3 years ago they hired nurse anesthetists who is PWS, and she never had SLP treatment. Her job requires fast verbal responses. At first her stuttering was severe in all situations, but during 10 months of therapy her stuttering become mild, and she learned how, when and which of speech techniques she can use in different situations. But we also worked a lot on her acceptance, confidence, attitudes... Now she is excellent nurse and some of colleagues even do not notice that she is PWS. So, this is one real life example that you can follow your dreams.
