Interesting theory, I think it's a combination of anxiety and neurons misfiring. I find if I stutter or block long enough I even lose balance or sense of direction. I'm very interested in seeing if Elon Musks Neuralink will have any impact by sending out tiny timed electrical charges. Time will tell!
