All I can say is better to try and "fail" than not try at all (which is the real failure). I've had nice girls who I couldn't click with because everything felt too unnatural. But there have been girls with whom I stuttered just as much as it didn't feel weird. Keep at it and give yourself credit for keeping at it. It's definitely hard and takes a lot, but it'll be worth it when you find the right girl.
