I am my own worst enemy. How do I break this cycle? The more I stutter, the more I think about stuttering. The more I think about stuttering, the worse my stutter gets. As the stutter gets worse, I think about it even more! When I talk and I'm totally focused on the content, I'm great! Very, very fluent. But that is very rare. I do I not think about stuttering and/or how to I not listen to myself. Thanks!!
