What the fuck? Honey find somewhere that specifically seeks out people with disabilities to hire as apart of their "quota" to fill for tax credits. You deserve SO much better, Buffboy. Btw, great username. I have high functioning autism and although I've never moved past grocery store bagger in the last 5 years, my company is superb with making accommodations for my stuttering (which fully I realize isn't just an ASD thing). I'm sure that they're not thrilled that I sometimes stutter BADLY with customers, but they haven't scolded me once since the day I was hired. My company has its problems (like all huge big box stores do) but getting hung up on employee's differences isn't one of them. One of the cashiers is missing a thumb due to an accident a decade ago and because she's learned how to perfectly adjust, management treats her absolutely no differently.
