If I slow down, I block but if I talk normal speed/quickly, I’m not understandable. What can I do?

If I slow down, I block but if I talk normal speed/quickly, I’m not understandable. What can I do? What is the way? I think my normal speed of speech is other people’s definition of talking fast.
