thx for the reply i just wonna say 1 thing why do most people always think that just because they work out they can still eat a lot and lose weight? xD losing weight is a combination of physical activity and diet, you can lose weight only doing physical activity, but it will take longer if you don't diet and vice versa gratz on ur weight loss, i've been doing the same and it helps me deal with stuttering
