I can relate to pretty much everything you’ve said. I used hate first days in school/college because of the “introduce yourself to the class” thing. I used stress about how I might have presentations this semester. I hated family gatherings... etc. But I tried really hard to push myself out of my comfort zone and started to participate in a lot of social situations. It really really really helped. I’m not saying that I’m never nervous or I don’t stutter but I’m waaaaay less nervous than I used to be. Last semester I did about 5 presentations, I have a presentation tomorrow and I’m not even stressing out like I used to. In June I’ll start working in a temporary job as part of my College training and I’m completely fine with that. By facing these situations, You’ll start to see how easy it is and your anxiety will start to decrease. That’s exactly what happened with me. You’ll have your bad days but never let it control you. I know I sound like that person who says stuff about how you should just “face your fears”, Despite them not knowing what stutter is. But trust me it works. P.S Sorry if my grammar is a bit off
