can’t say a specific word but can instead describe it normally without trouble for example this happened awhile back a waiter asks me what i want to drink and i go to say water but it just can't come out i straight up cannot say it in that moment for some reason so instead of waiting till i can i just describe water saying something like "... the clear drink that everyone drinks... yeah water is what i mean" or something along those lines either that or just slam my fist on the table till it comes out lol does anyone else do this? and what does it mean
