Absolutely, but VERY rarely. During MTI School, they tell us to yell with our diaphragms to save our throats. For whatever reason, I don't really stutter when speaking like that. Since we do so much speaking, at pretty high volumes haha, some people have actually had to get surgery to remove these things called polyps from their throats because they've damaged their throats so badly. You can always tell because they sound extremely hoarse all the time since they've destroyed their throats. I learned pretty quickly how to do it after losing my voice several times haha. The best way I can describe it is that you're kinda speaking from your chest rather than your throat.
