Why put yourself under extra unnecessary stress and pressure by hiding it and forcing yourself to not block up? Honestly just let the interviewer know in advance before proceeding. A great one will reassure you and will appreciate you told them so they can tune it out and still care about what you have to offer. This way you won't feel like you were discriminated against if you didn't get through, it can be for other reasons like your skills and qualification that shouldn't be taken as personally.
