Absolutely true , this is something ive come to realize recently that pushing through a block only tends to make it more severe. Key is keeping your body tension low and just communicating , not giving a f about fluency and reaction of others , cuz if it persisted through teens years , it unlikely to go away completely for the rest of your life and you cant live your whole life being emotionally dependent to others. I asked this because many people tend to misinterpret this acceptance thing and give up on themselves and lose hope to be their better selves.
