It's a dumb ad, don't take it personally. Stutterers aren't the only people who use filler words, and neither stuttering nor filler words have held me back professionally. I could see the app being useful for people whose jobs are heavily centered around public speaking, but (much like any ad) if you feel like it's not relevant to you then it probably isn't.
