Is stuttering considered a disability under US law? I got rejected from multiple job interviews for my stutter, and for the jobs I managed to get I got harassed by my co-workers and even some of my managers under the guise of "Oh, we're just messing around, lol. Don't be a snowflake". I wanted to know for future jobs, is stuttering considered a disability under US law?, because if this happens again I'd like to sue them for disability discrimination.
