Hey man, I’m 23 and have been stuttering my whole life. I was genuinely afraid of social interactions outside of my friend group and after high school I became severely depressed. The #1 thing that has helped me has been to stop caring what other people say. This doesn’t mean their words or reactions don’t hurt you sometimes, it happens, but you need to be able to continue doing what you have to do regardless. I was terrified of getting a job because of interactions with co workers and customers but now I am a server at a restaurant and it goes incredibly well. (Way better than I expected, I was nervous af) Once you stop caring about others reactions to your stutter and just speak what you want to say you will start to be more comfortable speaking in general sorry for long response
