Is it worth telling boss or just deal with it?

Is it worth telling boss or just deal with it? Just got a job at a nonprofit in DC area. I'm almost 24 and have had professional jobs before but this is the first time I will have calls coming in to me. My last job had calls but they were preplanned so I didn't worry. This new job has a shared phone line of an office of about 10 people. We get a call and the whole office gets a call but somebody will answer and then redirect it. So we might get mayve 10-12 calls a day (smaller nonprofit) but there's a chance I will have to answer. I've been letting the others do it but I know I will have to eventually do it. Is it worth telling my boss or just use it as a learning exp? I don't mind talking on the phone and I actually love talking to people, it is just the unexpected call that bothers me. But my stutter is moreso subdued and mild.
