27m Can't talk to attractive females

27m Can't talk to attractive females I work with a few and every time I think of something to say I get a block I can't get over so I end up just not saying anything to them.. I get a weird feeling in my gut, and I am coming off as weird and creepy to everybody.. someone told me I have a childish view of the world too which I'm still processing. I'm really overwhelmed and spiraling into a great depression
