Does anyone here use a SpeechEasy device?

Does anyone here use a SpeechEasy device? [https://speecheasy.com/](https://speecheasy.com/) It's a device a bit like a hearing aid, but apparently helps prevent stuttering. I think my mum and I were looking into getting a device like this when I was younger, but backed out once we learned how much it cost lol. I'm curious to know how and how well it works, if anyone here uses it?
