You’re right, but that’s our time to educate people about stuttering. I’ve moved across the country twice since 2021 and I haven’t had a single issue getting hired. I’m no longer in the logistics industry and I have to call people on the phone and talk to 100’s of people in person everyday at work. My reputation has always proceeded myself. We just have to stay strong and on the course. I have days where I would love to just jump in my truck and drive to Florida and be a beach bum due to the stress of stuttering, but my wife would find my ass and beat the shit out of me!
