Not techniques. I'm familiar with the techniques. Many of them were part of my overall therapy program. My speech therapy was learning to speak fluently, not to correct my disfluent speech. As I was progressing with my fluent speech, I still had my disfluent speech. Compared to learning another language. You don't turn your first language into your second. You learn the second language.
