Im sorry you dont feel more confident in yourself, even though you are a CEO of a company. I work as a supervisor for a semi large company and have to give presentations, and pretty much constantly talk all day everyday. I would have never imagined doing this before, but it has helped my fluency so much. I still disclose that I stutter to people, even though it doesnt happen TOO often, just because it takes the tension away.
