Stuttering gets severe when i get less social anyone felt the same??

Stuttering gets severe when i get less social anyone felt the same?? so i am stuttering since 8 years old and now i am 23 so i have been observing it from that whenever i will be a lot social in school or college or anywhere and i speak quite alot on daily basis then my stuttering tends to be minimum but when i stay in my home for a long time like summer vacation or now as my college ended i tend to stutter more and more day by day . ​
