No, no why would that be rude isn’t it the job of a teacher to provide pupils with a safe and comfortable space you can work in. Just ask her if it’s possible for you to present in a small group maybe possibly with your friends so you can feel more at ease , or simply with her only .Our school did that too with people who preferred to present a small group you can always ask !^^
