I saw a researcher named William Parry stated he had found out the exact cause of stuttering is hyperactive amygdala and he also added we PWS should not focus on fluency but melody because natural fluency can't be forced out. I think it can make sense and we can't imagine how a human flies like a bird since they have different biological structures LOL.
