Is it possible to stutter when writing?

Is it possible to stutter when writing? When I write the letter W I pause and I’ll try to write the letter, but my hand just goes back and forth off the page it used to happen 2-3 years ago with the letter E,but it vanished in the span of a few days, but this has been going on for weeks. Can anyone help me figure out what’s wrong?
