Simply talk more. I remember I used to have a stutter but it slowly got better until it was almost completely gone by the time I was a freshman in high school. I left regular high school after a semester and now my stutter is back. I never realized that I wasn't talking on a regular basis so my stutter returned without me even knowing it.
