The depression is the problem, not the stutter. Somehow, through whatever combination of life changes, self-love, mentality change, or outside help, you need to become happy with life and yourself. Easier said than done and a constant job for everyone, of course. My advice is diving into your passions and the things you like about yourself and who you want yourself to be, and forging an identity you can be proud of. I've been there, and so have most people with or without a stutter. I would guess the majority of the population deals with depression, anxiety, and identity issues around the early 20s. You have one life to live. The time is best spent thinking positively and trying to achieve what you want. I don't think it's healthy to look at it as a disability, but I'm in the minority with that viewpoint.
