Look at it as a means to build your speaking skills, you're going to interact more often with people and you're going to get used to it, just make sure you get intentional, speak a lot it's going to be demanding, make it fun and also be aware that not everyone will have empathy towards you but who cares you are working and at the same time you're building your speaking skills.
