Yup. Therapy didn't really help for me, I still stutter a lot when I am tired or stressed out. I too panicked to do phone calls etc. But the thing that helped me, is just to do it and every time it gets better and better. Will I be able to talk over the phone fluently? Absolutely not. Do I stutter with every word still because I am afraid of calling people? Absolutely not anymore. Putting pressure on it is gonna make it worse, and if you don't take steps to better it, the pressure is getting higher and higher
