Thank you for your tips. You recommend repeating voiceovers from audiobooks, speaking in an accent, reading aloud, learning to feel the tongue and allow it to move freely without being stiff. **"I'm not sure what you mean by initiating articulation without reason"** What I mean is, that I have a **reason** to: not move my tongue. My **reason** is: "I justify not moving my tongue, because I can't move it" \[I have no confidence in the ability to move my tongue\] In my experience, I don't move my tongue if I do this: * read aloud * speak with an accent * feel the tongue * allow tongue to move freely Because above **reason** prevents me from moving my tongue. My psychologist adviced that I can learn to move my tongue **without a reason**. This is a good idea in theory, but how can I choose to move my tongue without a reason?
