Do it and tell them upfront about the issue and let them know you're nervous about coming across badly. They will not only accept and appreciate that you told them this, if anything it will help your chances. People who work as administrators for colleges/universities are usually huge liberals who want to right the wrongs of the world, try to make everything fair, help those in need, etc. You will come across as brave and determined, despite this bullshit stutter that holds us back.
