I went to a 2 week long stutter therapy when I was 14. 15 years ago now. I believe our group was about 5 of us? All the others were middle aged men. At the time, I didn't give it my all. I was to focused on the secretary. That said, it really worked for the others. I remember on day one, most couldn't speak a word without stuttering. At the end, they were speaking VASTLY better than before. Was it perfect? No. But it was a HUGE improvement. A few exercises I remember are these: -lay on your back, and speak to yourself as you exhale a deep breath. You can read, or just talk, doesn't matter. -Sit down and put on some headphones. Play some soft music, just loud enough to mix with your own voice. Read aloud to yourself again. -Do the same step as above, but this time, use a phone or recorder to record you talking. Play it back. There were a lot of useful exercises but like I said I was 14 and don't remember many of them.
