I participated in a study too... But it was over 20 years ago and it was before they created the device actually. It was basically a.headset with DAF. It was a weird feeling. FWIW, I know someone who bought the device had the same experience as you. I sat through a workshop where this researcher had analytical statistics regarding the device. And they were not good. I dont know how much they are now, but I think it's shameful to sell these for an exorbitant price when there are well documented studies showing that the effects are temporary.
